ORDERS, PROHIBITION ON RESELLING

All orders are subject to availability. After placing an order with us, you will receive an order acknowledgment email, followed by any necessary update emails. DELIVERY/SHIPPING AND CANCELLATIONS

Delivery dates or timeframes are only estimates, although we aim to fulfill all orders within 4-5 working days in India.

Once you place an order on our website or app, it is considered final, and we will not accept cancellations. If you receive damaged goods, you can request an exchange by contacting us through the email or phone number provided on the website. To process your complaint, you must provide an image or video of the damaged items. Please note that we do not offer

refunds for damaged goods. Instead, we will arrange an exchange within 14 business days of receiving your complaint.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you need to reject the goods within the timeframe specified in clause 6.1, you must follow the return procedure outlined in clause 7.2. We will not accept any returns that do not adhere to this procedure. Please refer to the returns policy detailed on Charactercosmetics.in. To initiate a return, you must email us at care@futuremakeup.com to inform us of your intention to return the items.

 If the return is due to a defect or an error in your order, you are entitled to a replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of purchase and provide proof of the defect (such as a picture of the damaged item) so that we can process the replacement. We will review the returned product and inform you about the replacement within a reasonable timeframe. Typically, we process replacements within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming your entitlement to a replacement.

 For defective products, we will cover the delivery charges for both sending the replacement and returning the defective item to us.

PASSING OF RISK

Once the products are delivered to the address provided in the order, the risk associated with those products transfers to the customer. The Company is not responsible for any undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer or if the customer fails to collect the order from the specified delivery address. If an order is lost by a third party after leaving our premises, the Company assumes no responsibility.

For damaged goods, an exchange request will only be processed if the items are returned with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt to the Company’s address. The risk for goods signed for by the customer transfers to the customer upon signing. If you suspect that a parcel has been tampered with, it is your responsibility to refuse to sign for it.

In cases outlined in clauses 5.2 or 5.3, the Company will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. You will need to complete and return a ‘Lost Orders Form’ to initiate any claim,

although this does not guarantee resolution. The Company reserves the right to reject any claim or request for a refund or exchange at its discretion. Providing inaccurate information in a claim may result in legal action.

Shipping and returns

If the goods are to be rejected in the time limit set in clause 6.1 above, The Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined in clause 7.2, below. The Company shall not accept any returned goods should the return did not follow the aforementioned return procedure.

The Customer must follow the returns policy as detailed on www.charactercosmetics.in.in. An email is required to be sent to care@fmcosmetics.in to notify The Customer’s intention to return the goods.The Customer must notify The Company within 7 days of purchase with all the proof (damage item picture) so replacement can be issued. The Company will examine the returned product and will notify The Customer of the replacement of the product within a reasonable period of time. The Company usually processes the replacement due to The Customer within 14 days of the day the return is received at The Company’s premises and upon confirmation by The Company to The Customer of the latter’s entitlement of a replacement for the defective product. Products returned by The Customer due to a defect will be replaced and The Company bears the delivery charges for both sending and returning the item to The Customer.

Order cancellation

Order Cancellation:

Customer service is our first priority and we believe in serving our customers with great after-sales services. Order cancellation is possible before the order is shipped from our end

Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

• In case of order cancellation, your refund will be proceeded within 7-14 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.
• The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of product cancelled but the customer bank may charge transaction fee as per their policy.
• If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, order gets cancelled automatically.
• If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer.
• Refunds will only be provided through bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.

Return or exchange of the product:

If products are damaged in transit then the exchange proceeds within 7-14 business days from submission of the complaint but no order cancellation or return is accepted after the order is delivered. In the situation of damaged goods, customers can ask for exchange via email or contact number provided on the website. The customer has to provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing the complaint about damaged goods.
